5 pounds cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup pineapple diced
1/2 cup pomegranate
1/4 cup strawberries sliced
1/2 cup grapes (green or black)
6 banana sliced
2 apple sliced
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup cashew nut pieces
5 pounds cherries to garnish
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup pineapple diced

5 pounds cherries to garnish
In a bowl mix cream and sugar.
Then add all the fruits except banana and dry fruits into the cream.
Keep it in refrigerator for sometime.
Add banana just before serving so that fruit cream do not turn black.
