Laddu or Laddoo is a ball-shaped sweet made of flour and sugar with other ingredients that vary by recipe. It is often served at festive or religious occasions.

400 gm gond pieces (eatable gum)
300 gm crushed dry coconut
1.5 kg ghee
1 kg powdered sugar
50 gm small pieces of almonds
1 kg wheat flour
1 kg khoya (mava)
10 gm green cardomom powder
Roast almond pieces and keep aside. Now take ghee in a pan and heat it. Add gond pieces to ghee, and fry them till they are puffed up and then take out gond and keep it aside. Now fry the wheat flour in rest of the ghee till its light bwown in colour and sweet smell starts coming out of it. Now take khoya in a pan and fry till it becomes pinkish brown in colour. Now mix all the ingredients in khoya and mix it well. Make laddu of this mixture. Gund giri ke laddu is ready.
