Paneer bread rolls are easy to make but yet a healthy tea time snack. It is liked by people of all ages and best solution for those mothers whose kids do not eat nutritious food because it has many vegetables and paneer in it and children will love eating this.

8 bread slices
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup mint/ coriander puree
1 cup chopped vegetables like capsicum, onion, carrot, cabbage etc.
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
1-2 green chillis chopped

Cut the boundaries of bread and roll it to make it slight bigger.
To prepare the stuffing, mix the mashed cottage cheese, chopped vegetables, green chiilis, salt and black pepper powder.
Now take slices one by one , spread some mint/ coriander chutney on that and fill the stuffing.
Apply some water drops on the boundaries of bread slice and pack it.
Now spread butter on outer bread covering.
Heat the pan and put these stuffed bread inside it.
When one side becomes golden brown, flip to other side and let it be golden brown.
Paneer bread rolls are ready.
Serve them hot with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
