5 pounds potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 cup carrots (finely chopped)
1/2 cup chopped beans
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup blanched peas
1 onion finely chopped
1 tbsp. corn flour
2 teaspoon ginger-garlic-green chili paste
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 bread slices (fried and crumbled)
salt - to taste
oil for frying
Mix all the spices ( except chaat masala) and corn flour in mashed potatoes. Now add all the vegetables in above mixture and mix well. Now divide the mixtire in 15 equal parts and make oval kabab like shape. Heat oil in a pan. Take kabab one by one and roll it over crumbled bread and fry it in oil till golden brown. Now keep it on absorbant paper and prinkle chaat masala over it. Stick it over a tooth pick. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
