Chocolate Chip Muffins made from cake mix with a special Irish twist! Can be made with Bailey's Coffee Creamer for a kid friendly treat too.

1 box of Chocolate Cake Mix
3 eggs
1/2 vegetable oil
1 cup of Bailey's Irish Cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
