Irish Ham Coddle

Variatable through everything in but the kitchen sink, kind of meal, versitle and easy!

1 lb ham meat, cut into large chunks
4 medium potatoes, chopped
1 cup baby carrots, or 2 large carrots chopped
1/2 medium cabbage, chopped
2 bay leaves
2 tsp pepper
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
½ tsp caraway seed
2 tbs chopped parsley
3-4 cups water

Add all ingredients to the crock pot and set to cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve warm. (Serves 4)
