Italian and Sausage Spinach Penne

After debating what to do with the rest of the fresh spinach in my fridge, I decided to throw together a pasta dish. If you like sausage, tomatoes, and spinach, you will love this dish!

1 lb penne pasta
1 lb Italian sausage
1 Tbs. garlic
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 can Italian diced tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1 Tbs. dry basil leaves
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
2 cups fresh spinach
Parmesan cheese
1 lb Italian sausage
1 Tbs. garlic
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 can Italian diced tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1 Tbs. dry basil leaves
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
2 cups fresh spinach

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add noodles and cook 8 to 10 minutes until done. Drain and set aside.
