A mash up of pho style soup with Italian flavored beef, this Italian Beef Pho is simple, delicious, and perfect for cold nights like this one.

5 cups fat free beef broth
1 cup dried, porcini mushrooms
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 bay leaf
1 pound sliced, deli roast beef
