I almost didn’t post this recipe because it just seems, well, basic. It was something that I threw together in a pinch before running off to do something really important, like getting to the library before it closes or buying groceries before I lost motivation. 1 loaf Italian bread, cut in half length-wise
1/2 cup pesto
3 Roman tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
