Italian pasta salad

I made this salad for a farewell this week-end, it's yummy & pretty easy to make- the bowl came back empty... so that's a good sign!!

8 oz. tri color rotini pasta
1 can sliced olives
1/4 diced red onion
1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
1/2 red or green onion diced
1 cucumber sliced
package of mini pepperoni
2-3 stalks of celery diced
1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese or
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 bottle Italian dressing
Cook & drain pasta-- add all the other ingredients, mix in the dressing and coat well. Put in the refrigerator & chill at least 3 hrs. before serving.
