1lb Italian sausage (browned)
2-3 cups kale (taken off stem, rinsed, chopped)
7 medium slices bacon (sliced and cooked)
4-6 Medium potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes)
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 cups water
3 1/2 cups vegetable broth (chicken broth)
1/2 Large onion (minced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1-2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1-2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 cups kale
