Creamy pasta in a cheese sauce with plenty of spicy jalapenos.

12 oz. fusilli pasta (or similar shape)
1/3 c. panko breadcrumbs
1 t. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 t. salt
1 t. black pepper

For the sauce:
1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
6 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1 c. 2% milk
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 t. chili powder
