Jambalaya in the Ninja

2 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts - cubed
1 lb. smoked turkey sausage, sliced
28 oz diced tomatoes with juice (I used Rotel)
3 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
1 cup chicken broth
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 cups white rice or instant rice
In the Ninja, mix all ingredients except for the rice. Cover & cook on crockpot low for 4 hours. Mix in the instant rice, stir, turn to stovetop low and cover for about 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so.
