Jazzed Up Boxed Mac & Cheese

A quick and easy meal for kids of all ages. This mac and cheese is tangy and packed full or protein and veggies.

1 box Annie's Mac & Cheese
1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
splash of almond milk or regular milk*
1/2 cup. shredded cheddar cheese
