A quick and easy meal for kids of all ages. This mac and cheese is tangy and packed full or protein and veggies.

1 box Annie's Mac & Cheese
1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
splash of almond milk or regular milk*
1/2 cup. shredded cheddar cheese

Start by cooking the pasta. About half way through the cooking process throw in your veggies. Once the pasta is cooked to al dente drain the noodles and veggies and set aside.
