2 cups Elbow Macaroni
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 lb Ground Beef (or ground turkey, ground bison, ground whatever you\'re feeling)
1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
14.5 oz Jar of Your Favorite Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce
14.5 oz can of Diced Tomatoes
