Kadai Paneer(Cottage Cheese recipe)

cottage cheese 200gm
onion 1 medium diced
whole coriander 1tsp
whole red chilli 2
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
ginger 1tsp
garlic 1tsp
tomato 1 grinded
cream 1tbsp
capsicum 1
oil 2tbsp
garam masala 1tsp
1.Half grind roasted coriander,cumin,whole red chilli. 2.Put pan on gas. 3.Add oil. 4.Add diced onion. 5.When soft,add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1minute. 6.Add half grinded masala and tomato paste.Saute for 2 minutes. 7.Sprinkle garam masala. 8.Add cream and fry. 9.When oil separates,add shallow fried cubical cottage cheese and shallow fried capsicum. Saute for 1minute after covering lid. 10.Garnish with cream and green coriander.
