Kahlua Meringue Cookies

These little melt in your mouth meringue cookies are time consuming but let me tell you, they are so worth it. Packed with cocoa and white chocolate morsels, not to mention they are spiked with Kahlua, this devilish cookie is irresistible.

3 egg whites, room temperature
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup Kahlua Liqueur
3 Tbs Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup white chocolate morsels
