Kitchen Sink Chinese Stir Fry to the RESCUE! Got fresh and frozen vegetables hanging around that you don’t know what to do with? This recipe has got your back and is perfect for two, a couple or many!

Sauce:
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tsp. soy sauce
3 tsp. sugar
Stir Fry:
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
Salt and pepper, to taste
? cup carrots, sliced
? cup broccoli florets
? cup cauliflower florets
2 scallions, sliced
1 cup sugar snap peas
2 celery stalks, sliced
