Kitchen Sink Granola

Easy homemade granola that you can customize to use whatever you have in your pantry! Great with milk for breakfast or by the handful for snacking!

2 cups rolled or old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 dried cranberries
1/4 cup dried date pieces
1/2 cup dried coconut flakes
1/8 cup flaxseed
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup agave nectar
2 tbs oil (coconut or olive work best, but canola is fine, too)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 dried cranberries
1/4 cup dried date pieces
1/2 cup dried coconut flakes
1/8 cup flaxseed
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup agave nectar
2 tbs oil (coconut or olive work best, but canola is fine, too)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix together all dry ingredients in large bowl. Drizzle oil and vanilla over, then mix well. Drizzle your honey and agave over and mix well again until everything is coated....
