Kopra Pak | Nariyal Ki Burfi is a very sophisticatedly and delicately flavored coconut sweet/mithai. It has intense coconut flavor and an amazing texture. There really are no words for this, other than it is incredibly delish, super nutty and perfectly sweet to satisfy your sweet cravings.

Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut - 1 Cup
Mawa - 1 Cup
Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Ground Cardamom - 1 Tsp
Whole Milk - 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar - ½ Cup (Or As Per Taste)
Pistachio, chopped For Garnish

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add coconut and dry roast it for 2-3 mins.
Add crumbled mawa and sauté it for 3-4 mins.
Add milk and cook for 5 mins stirring continuously.
