This is an easy pasta that you can whip up in less than 30 minutes. Use any sausage you want and add whatever veggies you have on hand. Makes for a great "clean the fridge out" meal :)

1 lb. dry pasta of your choice, I used macaroni
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
½ teaspoon oregano
4 cloves garlic, pressed
20 or so button mushrooms
1 pepper, chopper
2 cups marinara sauce
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 ring of kube, peeled and diced
10 basil leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 350.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
