Lamb and Goat Cheese Puffs

This sophisticated appetizer is easy to make and hard to put down after your first bite!

½ lb ground lamb
1 sprig fresh rosemary, diced
1 green apple, diced
½ tsp ground sage
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
2 tbsp chevre goat cheese (or soft goat cheese of your choice)
Puff pastry
Coarse sea salt, to taste (optional)
Olive oil (to grease pan)
