Lamb Burger with Feta & Olive Burger Sauce

Put a Greek spin on your burger! These Lamb Burgers are lovely and luscious, and the creamy, tangy, salty sauce is the perfect complement! Depending on your appetite, this recipe makes 4 to 6 burgers.

FOR THE BURGERS

2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp. Olive oil
2 lbs. Ground lamb
¼ cup Flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Basil, finely chopped
Scant ¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper

FOR THE SAUCE

2/3 cups Crumbled Feta cheese
½ cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup Mayo
1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted & chopped (the measurement is for the chopped olives)
1 clove Garlic, smashed into a paste
2 Tbsp. Flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Basil, finely chopped
