Simple yet filling low fat, low calorie meal. Only takes 20 minutes to prepare!

4 C. Water
4 C. Instant rice
4 C. Rotisserie Chicken; cubed
3 Tomato's diced
3 Stalks Green Onion; finely chopped
2 C. Shredded Cheese
4 C. Water
4 TBSP. Cornstarch
4 TBSP. Chicken Bullion or (4) bullion cubes
*You can add any "toppings" you like: Pineapple, Celery, Mushrooms, Cashew's...*
Bring the water to a boil. Add rice, cover and remove from heat. Let set for 10-12 minutes.Until water is soaked up. While waiting for the rice to cook, I use this time to Chop and dice all the toppings...
