AMAZEBALLS! This is an awesome dinner! The chicken isn’t heavy and tastes great. Everyone ranted about this one! It is a definite make again recipe!

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ cup of ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
A handful of fresh spinach
1 roma tomatoes sliced thinly
8-12 slices of mozzarella
½ cup of plain panko bread crumbs
1 egg.
Salt and Pepper
Fresh basil
