Creamy 30 minute Lasagna Soup. Everything you love about lasagna in a bowl. Topped with shredded mozzarella and fresh basil.

1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8 ounces ground turkey
1/2 medium onion, small dice
3 garlic cloves, minced
28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoons basil, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
shredded mozzarella for each bowl
extra basil for garnish
