This beautiful, delicious entrée is simple to prepare, perfect for company, and because it’s 21 Day Fix-approved, it’s also healthy!

Herbes de Provence:
•1 tbs oregano
•1 tbs rosemary
•1/2 tbs dried lavender flowers
•2 tsp thyme
•1 tsp dried marjoram
•1/8 tsp fennel seed

Roasted Pork:
•1 pork tenderloin, trimmed (about 1 1/2 lbs)
•salt & pepper
• Herbes de Provence (full recipe from above)
•3 tbs honey
•1/2 tbs dried lavender flowers
