Lazy No Bake Lasagna With A Skillet

Want to make a lasagna but not in the mood for layering and baking? Here\\\'s the lazy version using a skillet!

350g of penne pasta (half a bag)
2 pounds of lean ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
½ cup beef broth
1 can of crushed tomatoes (15oz)
½ cup ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups baby spinach
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
