Leftover BBQ Tortilla Bake

This recipe uses leftovers from other recipes made throughout the week. Never let anything go to waste! **Please note that the amounts listed are approximate. I just used whatever leftovers of each that I had available**

- BBQ pulled pork or chicken
– 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 3 flour tortillas
- round cake pan
*feel free to use whatever cheeses you like the most and to use more or less to your liking

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Spray bottom of pan with non-stick cooking spray
3. Divide BBQ and cheeses into 3 equal parts
4. Place one tortilla in the bottom of the pan
5. Spread 1/3 of the BBQ sauce on tortilla
6. Place 1/3 of the BBQ and cheeses on top of the tortilla
7. Repeat steps 4-6 until all ingredients are used
8. Bake for 40 minutes
