Lemon Chicken Piccata and Orzo

Chicken Piccata is so easy to make and it’s a really impressive flavorful dish. I love capers so I like to really top them on. The butter lemon sauce and the crisp top of the chicken with wonderful juicy meat will make the whole family happy!

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine (can substitute chicken broth)
1/2 cup chicken broth/stock
1/4 cup capers drained
2 garlic cloves sliced
1 tbsp shallot minced (can substitute red onion)
1 tbs parsley chopped
1/2 lemon juices
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper
