Lemon Drunken Shrimp with Tequila

Shrimp appetizer with a twist.

¼ cup Tequila
8 big shrimps
1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Peel and devein the shrimps, wash clean. Pour Tequila into a shallow glass container. Rub each shrimp with salt, and place in Tequila. Soak for 1 hour, then remove from the liquid. (If you want to make more shrimps without using more Tequila, soak in two batches. Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp and cook until shrimps become pink and curl up. Cut the lemon into wedges. Place shrimps and lemon wedge on a serving plate, and serve with optional Tequila.
