Yummy muffins with raspberries and lemons. Topped with a lemon glaze.

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 1/4 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup confectioner's sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 18 muffin cups. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In medium bowl lightly beat eggs, then add buttermilk, oil and lemon zest stirring to combine....
