Delectable lemon cream-cheese cookies that start from a cake mix and are topped off with a drop of raspberry jam. They are easy to make and are beyond delicious!

1 - 8 ounce Package of Cream Cheese, at room temperature

•1/4 cup of Butter, at room temperature
•1 - 18 ounce Box of Lemon Cake Mix
•1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
•1/4 teaspoon Lemon Juice
