1 Tablespoon coconut oil (Extra Virgin Olive Oil will work here as well)
8 ounces light cream cheese
2 lemons, zested and juiced
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon crushed hot red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chopped parsley
