Lentils with rice and herbs

Lentils with rice is the ultimate combination. It’s tasty and nutritional. Usually this dish is served as a salad but I personally have it for lunch! It’s fresh, it’s light, it’s perfect!

500gr lentils
1 cup rice
2 onions
3 green onions
1 red sweet pepper cut in two pieces
1 chicken bouillon cube
3 tablespoons chopped dill
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
3 bay leafs
1 clove garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
For garnish lemon juice, chopped dill and crumbled feta cheese.
