Lightened Cranberry Waldorf Salad

A family tradition - apples, cranberries and grapes mixed with marshmallows and cool whip. It's a light, sweet dish for Thanksgiving.

2 cup raw cranberries
2 2/3 cup mini marshmallows
3 tbsp. sugar
2 cups diced tart apples
1/3 cup walnut pieces
¼ tsp. kosher salt
½ cup seedless green grapes, cut into quarters
3/4 cup lite cool whip
¼ cup 0% fat Greek yogurt

In a food processor, pulse cranberries until they are ground.
Pour cranberries into a large bowl and mix with marshmallows and sugar. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator overnight.
