This lightened up baked popcorn shrimp is flavour packed without being calorie packed. Easy to make, lightened up, and crispy!

1 cup panko
3 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
1 tbsp garlic powder
2/3 tbsp paprika
2/3 tbsp red chili pepper flakes
2/3 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp salt and pepper
1 egg white whisked
