Linguine and Shrimp with Sun-dried Tomatoes

1/2 Pound Linguine
1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Pound Shrimp, cleaned
8 Ounces Sun dried Tomatoes, drain and reserve
1 Tablespoon Red Curry Paste or double strength tomato paste
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped or 1 T. Dried
Cook Linguine according to directions. Puree Sun dried Tomatoes in 2 T. reserved Oil with Red Curry Paste or Tomato Paste. Set aside. Saute Garlic in reserved Oil and Butter 30 sec. Add Shrimp, cook 5 min....
