Banana oat muffins with browned butter, walnuts, milk chocolate and semisweet chocolate chips, and an oat crumb topping. Yes, they taste just as amazing as they sound!

For the muffins:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cups old fashioned oats
3 bananas, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup brown sugar
For the Oat Crumb Topping:
2 Tbsp flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp cold butter
2 Tbsp old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp cinnamon
