This special pot pie is decadent and delicious and will satisfy all of your cravings for comfort food!

2 leeks, sliced
2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
2 large ribs celery, sliced
3 red potatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
handful of parsley, finely chopped
1 cup peas
2 lobster tails, about 1 1/2 lbs total
3 tbsp butter
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup white wine (I used Chardonnay)
3 cups seafood stock
1/2 cup half and half
1 sheet puff pastry
