Jeera or Cumin Seed - Few
Potato - 1 Medium Size
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Coriander Powder - 2 Spoons
Salt - 1 Spoon
Cooking Oil - 4 Spoons
Onion - 2 Pieces
Tomato - 1 Medium Size
Carrot - 1
Jeera or Cumin Seed - Few
Potato - 1 Medium Size
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Coriander Powder - 2 Spoons
Salt - 1 Spoon
Cooking Oil - 4 Spoons
(1)Heat Cooking Oil in Thava for 2 to 3 minutes and Add few Jeera
(2)Fry the Chopped Long Beans with the Oil for 10 to 15 minutes
