A small bite that is easy to make and can serve as an appetizer or snack for every occasion.

1 (5 ounces/142 grams) can tuna in extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup creamy Brie cheese (with rind)
1 tablespoon small capers, drained
2 large fresh basil leaves, shredded
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 European cucumber a.k.a. English Cucumber, thoroughly rinsed
1 large fennel bulb, thoroughly rinsed
1/2 apricot to garnish, cut into matchsticks
