If you love chicken parm but what to cut the carbs, this "veggie" pasta recipe is something you need to try!

2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 large (28 oz) can of petite diced tomatoes
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1-2 pounds chicken breast tenders (or regular breast cut into tenders)
1 bag broccoli slaw
