I love all the fresh produce you can get at the roadside stands during the summer. Here is a great recipe to use them!

4 Cups Chopped Broccoli Florets (must be fresh not frozen)
1 Cup shredded carrots
4 Green Onions chopped
1 8oz. Container Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Splenda
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika

Salt & Pepper to Taste
Wash and cut veggies and set aside in large bowl. Mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, Splenda and seasonings in small bowl until blended and smooth. Will be slightly tangy to taste. Pour over...
