These Low Sugar Granola Bars are the perfect on-the-go snack. They only have 7 ingredients and have more protein that sugar per serving!

1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp cup coconut oil
2 tbsp cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
