Machaca is a type of dried or shredded beef which is very popular in the northern part of Mexico, but its fame has extended throughout the whole country. It is very easy to make, and it is used as a side dish to go along with many other diverse dishes. For now, I would like to share with you the traditional and delicious Machaca Eggs
