1/2 cup warm water
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup room temperature water
2 TBSP olive oil
3/4 cup pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese (or whatever type you like best)
