So, this is a family recipe of my mother's -one she created and has made for years. Our family loves it so much that they used to always ask her to make it over and over again. As a matter of fact, its my husband's very favorite dish. I am finally sharing this secret recipe with all of you... please try it yourself, delicious, easy and yum for the whole family! My mother would be so proud!

3 med. boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 red onion, diced
2 cans of tomato sauce or 1 jar Maranara sauce, your choice
1 green pepper, chunked
1 red pepper, chunked
1 Yellow pepper, chunked
Mushroons, small box, whole (optional)
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Angel Hair Pasta (prepare at the end)
