Mango Banana Popsicles
154
I think I've established my love for popsicles. After all, I've made s'mores pops, white chocolate strawberry pudding pops, creamy lime popsicles, and even popsicles made out of herbal tea. But one of the things that I love about popsicles is how much fruit you can cram into an easy dessert! It's satisfying, it's cold, it's sweet...and if you play it right, it's healthy too. These mango banana popsicles are just that.
10
1 mango
2 bananas
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup milk (more if needed to get a pourable consistency)
2 bananas
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup milk (more if needed to get a pourable consistency)
Cut up your mango and bananas and place in a blender. Add honey and milk. Puree. Add more milk if puree is not pourable (it will depend on the ripeness of your fruit). Pour in popsicles and freeze overnight.
