Smooth, creamy cheesecake with a little sweet heat from swirls of mango habanero puree.

For Puree:
2 ripe mangoes, diced
1 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 a habanero pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped
For Crust:
1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
For Filling:
2 1/2 cups cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon custard powder (Substitution - 1 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract & 1 extra teaspoon granulated sugar)
3 large eggs, room temperature
3 large egg yolks, room temperature
2/3 cup sour cream
